Abigail Buckwalter is a high-impact global executive with more than two decades of leadership experience guiding organizations through growth, innovation, and transformation. Prior to Ocean Spray, she served as Chief Executive Officer of Nestlé Health Science U.S. (NHSc), where she led an organization of more than 6,000 people for three years as CEO. During that time, she managed a complex and diverse multi-billion-dollar portfolio of global consumer and healthcare brands, driving top- and bottom-line growth. Abigail was instrumental in shaping the organization’s direction and impact. In roles across Europe, Oceania, and North America, she cultivated a deep understanding of diverse business environments, along with a resilient, execution-focused mindset. She believes in putting people first, creating a culture of connection, transparency, and trust that enables strong performance. Abigail’s leadership blends strategic foresight with operational discipline, enabling her to activate and amplify brand portfolios, business turnarounds, and strong, sustainable innovation pipelines. Prior to joining Nestlé, Abigail built her foundational expertise across the consumer-packaged goods, healthcare, non-profit, and food service sectors. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from Columbia University in New York.
